Yeah! Found my cheap ass camera.......................ALL the way back in the top drawer of my night stand.

I bought my first trimmed brisket. I always used packer cut. No idea how it will turn out. At least there's no stall with this cut. But I have two other pieces of meat that will stall their ass off!
I think I'm gonna put ribs on top, then brisket, under that pork loin and butts on the bottom until the ribs are done. They'll still be on the bottom, just a rack up..

Even as a kid, I always thought it odd, when eating breakfast, someone orders a soda of some sort. Never thought no coffee was odd, just getting a soda.
Maybe that's from drinking very little sodas.
