I just planted 3 beans and I can't decide if I want to use a humidity dome or not. What do you fine people think on the subject?

I try to avoid them, my view is gt the roots working faster without one, and I have never seen one outdoors :smoking:

Yup I do till they pop up above ground then I remove day 1

I always use a dome for the first week or so, it is too hard trying to keep the humidity up to where they need it at this stage in their life without the domes. RH in the house atm is 29%

I wish but my neighbors are elderly and if they slip and fall, I would feel bad, and public sidewalks have to be shoveled within 24hrs of the end of snowfall or its a $500 fine and if anyone slips its on me the tenant and not the landlord. City law.....

Yup....opposite in the UK...if you clear your path and someone slips it is your fault...

I saw on insta that Twenty20 was commenting on the earthquake. Glad it wasn’t worse… I noticed on national news that they were showing a grow supply shop almost exclusively. I recognize the GH ph up/down, a whole bucket of terpinator, and various liquid nutes scattered about. Hope all in Cali are good!

I vote cancel - it is just commercial, the 'spirit' was great when the sprogs were little but now it is just another day. This year, I have ignored it completely and it is working out OK so far.
When living in UAE the commercialisation was extreme, the Malls were competing to see who could put out the most lavish decorations, I remember one year at the Emirates Palace Hotel, they had the tree decorated with Diamonds and gold and rolexes and items like that....people were flying in from far and wide for the nonsense

Do you get in to it? What's the atmosphere in Spain?

Being Honest....if we didnt have UK TV.....it would be easy to Forget xmas in Spain.......it is nowhere as commercial as in the UK.

The supermarkets carry a few more sweets...but they don't even play xmas songs....{from August}..........like they do in the UK.

If you see any house decked in xmas lights you automatically Think...English..........

But then Xmas isn't the Big Day in Spain... ...it's the 3 Kings...5/6th Jan.
