Was hoping be more of a family by now but 36hrs later still only outlier Z has officially begun life!

I find winter time germination to be the hardest and most frustrating. I've lost more beans during this time than all others put together.

Thats why I normally do a soak and then into a jiffy puck where it sits on a heat mat til it sprouts but i skipped that step so we shall see! Think i planted em a tad deep so hopefully they just slow to the party!

Gonna try that method next. You use the hole that comes in the puck or poke a new one?

No i usually fill it in and then make my own most times but there are times the hole thats built into it is enough! Just don’t pack the stuff back into the hole over seed to tight!
