question(s) for the experienced...Just bought a UVA (365-370nm) cob (30W).

• When does one start to use this?
• How long does one need to run it, say every 24 hours?

In nature UV peaks between 10AM and 2PM mid summer. I usually begin slowly increasing UVA power at stretch between those hours.
