damn, I think I just figured it out. The seed starting mat is too hot. I think the thermostat in it must have broken or something. Its way warmer to the touch than I remember it being in the past. I set my thermometer on it, and its reading in the high 90s, and its only supposed to be 20* over room temp, and its 65 in my office.

I think I've been cooking my seeds.

RO water, a few drops of h2o2 in a shot glass set it on top the Dish box covered with a small box........1/4 to 1/2 inch tails I plant......still get stalls though. 2 of 5 doing great in their pots now.

OK...on a side note...still no news from Shaman on the spores but ITW shipped today from an order at 3 am this morning....so draw your own conclusions on customer service.
