The viparspectra is 30 watts more. Not sure if ill need those extra watts?

I've heard good thing about those lights but have no experience. My FC-3000 pulls 288 watts at the outlet :shrug:
 
You’re are welder? I do TIG, MMA and Mig/Mag. Alu, stainless and black.

Yup been welding/fabricating for 5 years now mostly pulse MIG. I do get to TIG some but don't have much experience. we do all sorts of custom work for farms and some factories plus what ever odd and ends come in the door we work on about anything. I learned to weld when I worked at a John Deere dealership as a mechanic before this just welding up little stuff on farm equipment.

Fun. It feels good when you gets the job done and get those great looking welds.

My father in law has a small John Deere and they are good machines.
