Really appreciate the rep points @Frankthetank , I'm just a little nervous about how to tell if I need to adjust my lights height/intensity as things progress!?:wall:
I was recently turned onto the “Photone” app. Helps measure light intensity, and will help you dial in your lighting for the correct stage of life.

Should probably add height is up to you in a way. Whatever gets light where it needs to be and as intense as it needs to be. Most lights have a reccomend hang height. A lot of people run 100% at max height and let plants grow to the right intensity too.
