My sous vide thingamajig has been struggling lately. Lots of vibrating. Think I can get another day out of it. It's pretty old. But I can't cook 2 turkeys in my oven

Gotta make 2 turkeys since I've got like 20-25 people to feed. I smoke the legs/wings and roast 1 breast and sous vide 1 breast. Only got 1 oven so gotta use alternate methodsU should smoke 1!
