Indeed it is! It’s the youngsters car, but now when he turns 18 he can drive a normal car, that one is registrated as a ”slow going vehicle” max 20mph/30km/h

No...but I can get you some rental links if you are Interested..............my suggestion is to go as far South as you can in Spain......and Costal.

In the winter...our friend who live up North and 40 minutes inland had -15 temps...the sea keeps it temporate......
