Thanks for the reps @Aloneworld. Happy to help, hopefully you can find what you need. Might be a little steep in price, but they are a good company.
Some of the parts were pretty cheap IMO, as they were new and not second hand. Thanks again. 🙏
 
Too Late....... :pie: ..it was eaten........:crying:
One of these days you should try a reverse sear. Basically, put a well seasoned thick steak in a 250 f smoker until you reach an internal temperature of 115-120 f…..take it out, let fully rest, 20 minutes or so….then dry it off and sear both sides in a ripping hot pan….slice and serve immediately (no need to rest a second time). Delicious… :pass:
