Savages here only left me with 1 thigh and no white meat. 17 people and they managed to eat an 18lb turkey and 8lb breast :lol:

Question…after trimming should I put the shake/trim in the freezer if I want to dry sift it later? I’ve always thrown the trim away so I’m clueless. Not sure if I let it dry a bit first or straight to freezer or no freezer at all.
Just throw it in a large zip-loc, and toss it in the freezer. Dont roll it up, or you'll pull out a frozen log.
