Lasts a couple weeks in the fridge. My girlfriend makes it. We have hens so it's a no brainer here, plus you ever looked at the ingredients in "professionally" made mayo?

Oh yeah just like any damn processed food that's out there today!

Prob why peeps who lived thru the depression live to be 100 and lately we lucky to hit 70! Think its cuz they made all their own shit vs us eating shit with tons of preservatives in it to give it shelf life! I think eating more preservatives = less preserving of the life span! Just a thought but hell what do i know i am in the middle of another session!
