Idk I hope not. I havent really added any. But I am in fox farm so the soil could just be on the hot side. I made an infirmary post too with more details. There's nothing you can do to offset n tox is there?

EDIT: I bet my naturally sourced spring water has high nitrogen level in it.

You are over-reacting Relax and give that plant a dose of LITFA.
