Ugh. Drove to the gas station to get a couple beers.

The town moron was there. This kids in his early 20s. He used to ride the short bus (no, seriously, my neighbors kid is in a wheelchair. He rode the handicapped / tard bus).

Thank god I avoided him, because I knew if he smelled the slightest hint of weed on me he'd hound me about it. He for some reason knows me, he's talked to me a number of times. But tonight he was drunk as hell. When I went back out to my car he was trying to pick a fight with some old guy in the parking lot.

Sooner or later he's gonna piss off the wrong guy, or he's gonna get his hands on a gun and get himself killed.

He used to walk past my house all the time, and he's the reason I put up security cameras, because my car got the shit keyed out of it. I've always assumed it was him, but I have no proof.

I've said for years that I'm shocked he's not gotten addicted to hard drugs. Maybe he's just smart enough to not do that.
