Morning Kittens. @nd cup, temp not too bad, meds down the hatch, a good nights sleep finally and not as much pain after waking up. Sure hoping it's the side effects wearing off and not just a momentary lull.

For the life of me I can't remember what that's called. Seen an experiment on it using a wave tank and sensors on the back wall. Pretty damn interesting.

Yesterday was another physical therapy day, so I hit the oil hard before and after. I was pretty lit when I went to therapy. I probably need to hear it again to help keep the Inflammation down.
Just really realizing how much pain this round of physical therapy is going to cause. But, it definitely has to be done . I am pushing it though. If I don't push it, I'm not gonna get any results.
