Outdoor grilling here will have to wait another 4-5 months.

But indoor baking is good all year long.

I'm not worried about it at all. I use it enough and there's enough grease on there to keep the rust off. More interested in why anybody would use silicone on a griddle since the point of the griddle is to brown stuff, and the point of the silicone is to not brown stuff

Oh, it’s just for use during storage…..germaphobes worried about mice on the cooking surface lol

Easiest way to get mice in your grill is to put a cover over the grill
