....that's me done cooking until next year................lamb chops..roasties....and a bit of fresh crunchy salad.coz everyone knows if there is salad on the plate...it Nutralises all the other calories.........
....I saw a video with a guy on FB saying it.........so I Know it's True.....With @Heart of flowers doing my exercises...and salad nutralising....I should be svelte for 2024.........
