Used to be you could build a trike out of a bug and get away without having to do the motorcycle testing. Those things had them drooling over a new cash grab so Florida came up with the 3 wheel endorsement.

Got my 1/2 pints ready, just need to make up the Karo/peptone solution and section the plates. Like that idea of just stabbing a fruit with the syringe. Do you do a swab of alcohol on the stab site first of just hope no baddies have landed on the skin. After stabbing do you just stick it in LC solution and suck it all up into the syringe.

I take the shroom and put it in a still air box, and split it in two in there, and immediately take my sample with the syringe.

So far that hasn't worked for me. Tried it with the Shiitake and seemed to do well for 4/5 days, then green blooms took over. Thinking it must have been on the outside skin and got into the mix.
