Its probably a bacteria culture or some kind of moss, it happens when the soil stays too wet. Try putting a piece of paper around your cups, light is bad for roots.
Green stuff is algae from over watering. There is no fixing these plants man. Just start again bro because your wasting your time with them. Fresh start will do you good

Are these autoflowers? Don’t repot them you’re wasting your time. They have completely mutated by the looks of it from over watering so much. Not to mention roots hate light so your clear cup has let light in and built up algae. Get yourself some new beans, and ditch the clear cup for next time. Plants should be like 3x the size of yours at this age. Yours doesn’t look a week old. If these are autos then time is precious. They go into flower around 4wks. I know I’m coming across nasty but I just don’t want you to waste your time because I’ve been there and done that, and it’s severely upsetting in the end
