LST advice

I've watched a fair few videos about it but I've just attempted some lst for the first time. My question is do I leave the tie where it is or will I need to remove it eventually?

Leave it there for duration of grow. Don't try to bend to many beaches at once and give time to recover. It's an ongoing process

I think LST just to LST is a waste of time and effort. Top an auto at the 4th node and just let her grow.

Lots of threads on here about it and Ive done it as well. I think trick is that she would be healthy and it should be done between 17 to 21 if I'm not mistaken.
