So day 35 after defoliating I think the LST has paid off. They are between 24" to 26"tall don't know it they will get taller?

looking good, have a think about a little clean up under the main canopy - some of those smaller bud sites will receive very little light, taking precious energy from the sites that do have ful light - they can be removed directing the energy to where it will be used
