LST autoflowers should I start?

So this is my first grow and it's day 16 on my autoflowers. Should I start training them now? So what do y'all think?? How about my par ? It's around 600.

You could start training now but some strains can stay squat and not grow much vertically after training. I would wait another week or so myself

Thanks I'll give them more time. How about the par? Lights are at 18" should I raised them?

600 is about right for 18/6 schedule. And it is about the right time to start training them.

Edit: after looking a bit closer I would say wait a bit to start training(must have had double vision earlier).

It's pretty much grower preference. Mine is to wait for a mature 5th node, clear out under four (no popcorn) then crank down the apical stem and it's game on. Just what works for my grows.
