Yes that's good! One thing, are you on concrete? If so, the slab can get cold and will keep the soil cold, maybe too cold. It didn't dawn on me until someone else mentioned it.

I'd go though and tag everyone but I dont feel like it hahah just going to run down the list.

I do not have a concrete floor, this is on the second story of my house, I dont think weight will be an issue hopefully hahaha.

Secondly I don't have a concrete floor so the temp flux wont be an issue.

For my bed I bought a off the shelf geo pot/geoplanter from a local hydro store really made things simple. The bed is a foot tall/deep.

There is ZERO room around the bed in the tent so I will be walking onto the bed, my arms are pretty long though so I don't see that being a common occurrence, we will see when they sprout and I start training them!

Revisiting a question on tending the plants around the bed, IM SMART AND REMEMBERED TO LEAVE ABOUT 2-3FT ON ALL SIDES OF THE TENT FOR ACCESS. I dont know why I forgot that, so yeah I can unzip the back of the tent and have rear access THANKFULLY.

Okay, so some things happened, waaay too many seeds got germed. How many plants can I fit in an 8x4 without really sacrificing yields, I still want to train them, and I can probably keep an even canopy with a high plant count. Just wondering. It's a solid grow bed not pots so, really looking for insight I'm thinking 12 but I really could plant a lot more if possible

If you keep them small 12 plants, if you let them go then 8 (8 plants is only 2x2 each)

Are you planting different strains or many of one mate? If they're the same maybe plant less to let each plant express itself better? I had 8 autos I'm my raised bed some did better than others where space was concerned. Most were pretty large but one particular plant had much less space and light and spent most of its life fighting for survival, it finished but not very well lol.

Okay, you guys are going to hate me as much as I hate myself, if i didnt plant this many a lot would have gone to waste and at premium seed prices that would be a big L.
I planted 27 seeds. I'm sure not all of them will sprout so be it.
I have 9 on one side, supposedly the larger strains the six shooter and tangie' matic lined up 3 3 3 seems like good spacing and will allow good yields.

However I have 18 on the other side, they're going to be crammed for sure I did my best to give each what I can.

So half of my grow will be trained ect, other half will be a SOG style grow. Which is okay I'm cool with that. Hopefully I still pull a big total yield

Lol that's what I would do. Listen to the advice and then do whatever the f*** I want. Sog sounds like a plan, might want to top some, then the lower colas will mature quicker to make an even canopy. That way you get plants small at the bottom and big on top, if you keep single cola plants they will be more Christmas tree shaped, narrow on top and big on the bottom. Going to need good air movement both above and below the canopy.
