New Grower Male Preflowers?

It takes a few weeks for the sacks to fill with viable pollen. It does look like a Male at least from the latest pictures.

At what stage does it become risky to keep a hermie in a space with other female plants?

From the point of the picture above I would say you have weeks not days before a male flower would be developed enough to open up and drop unwanted pollen.
