Reflector 192 has 2 fans inside, it has very little heat because it has a small wattage

Tina my white diesel haze has shot up over the past 2 days by almost 5/6 inches white hairs everywhere she is now just under 15 inches from the eco 300w light but seems to be thriving that close. At that distance do i risk burning her?
