Tina - I just bought the SP 3000. Just turned it on with my seedlings. I'm struggling to find info on settings for seedlings. The manual just says 24-30 inches. I assume that's at like 25% strength?

Is there data/instructions for the SP 3000 specifically regarding distance and power settings? I assume 12-18" full power at flower, but I'm more concerned with under/overlighting my seedlings right now.

Pretty much what I did with mine.

I keep mine at 22 inches during the rest of the grow. My grow is in my sig if you want to check it out.

Hey @terp182 , the manual is for not using the dimmer function, in the full power.
Recommend use the dimmer function at seedling and early veg, so here are the SP 3000 growing tips when using the dimming function
