Last comp the code was for the ending pic, the early 2 week germ start is so everybody finishes in a timely manner, not to go past the final date and run into other competitions etc specifically the mephisto comps

Yeh, me too. And I'm confused by what we're supposed to do to get started. I've read a few different and conflicting or unclear instructions on the "start-up" process.
