So... Supercropping , I will be attempting this tonight if I can build up the courage , it just seems so severe and against everything IV done so far being careful but it will have to be done , so if anyone can give me advice within the next 5hrs or so I would really appreciate it, thanks

Defoliation doesn't seem to have bothered her she's still looking happy ,@TheMongol just measured her and she's around 87cm including the Res , here's some pics .

Pinch the stem like you are pinching your balls, then bend it over, I don’t even pinch that much any more just bend, I make sure they have had a good drink my theory is that they are softer like that, a bit easier. Plant is looking great, nice big leaves.

Day 45

The stretch is well underway now , does anyone know how long does this normally lasts ? Here she is before the defoliation

And then after below

Haven't done the supercropping yet it's pretty awkward as the canopy is pretty even so if I bend the main cola it's going to be below the others plus I can't find anywhere to shove her in amongst them really I didn't have the time to mess around after doing the defoliation so going to give it a go either tomorrow or Wednesday when I do the Res change .

Heres a quick check on the roots which are huge now, the pics don't do them justice .
