Only thing I can think of is perhaps I have underwatered. Not sure that’s it, because I have top & bottom watered in fabric pots. Is it possible that instead of showing nute Burn it just stunted? You will see in the journal that the other 4 plants on AUTOPOTS are larger in size than the 2 that I handwater. To add another piece to the puzzle is that BOTH hand watered plants have shown ZERO signs of too much N like 3 out of 4 plants on AUTOPOTS.

This is my second grow so I’m digging (pun intended) the learning.

I still see quite a bit of clears, and the ambers look like they're on the leaves from what I can see. I'd let it go a little longer personally, especially if you're planning to use it for night time meds like most people do.

For something like SN you could probably let it get to like 40-60% amber since it generally is used as a KO sleep med.
