So. looks like round two and round three for me. I will be growing Mephisto till 2024. The boys at the farm were very generous. Lots of cool stuff.
And 5 seeds of both cultivars! @stan_mephisto.. wow! thank you! and thank your guys over here. when round two starts i will do three of each

I think the 2nd round testers are listed on the intro post for the 1st round Sundae Thumper tester thread. I'm not on the list any more. Please, Ms @Mossy, have mercy on me. I think there are only 2 testers for Sundae Thumper (MaraCachafa and N/A-Greengo), and 5 testers for the 2nd round strains?

7 week update: Mephisto Genetics Sundae Thumper #1 is 54 days old, and #2 is 49. I raised the lights by 2" twice this week, and lowered the riser under #2 by 3". They have some phenotype variation in leaf texture, shape, and color... only #2 has red stripes on the stems. #1 is starting to yellow a bit. Somebody's starting to smell a bit skunky:

She's progressing as I expect. She has scores of bud sites along every branch, and aromas are beginning to amp up even though I can't get a proper fix on what exactly I smell....yet.

She taken very well to training. Signs of flower are beginning and Bloom Amendments will begin being added to boost her for the transition. Additionally, I am cycling her tent 10 degrees lower than her sister's, to see how she reacts...

It's been 8 weeks for Mephisto Genetics Sundae Thumper, #1 is 61, #2 is 56. I'm about to up the MegaCrop 1-part to the max dose of 6 grams per gallon from now to the end (it's been at 5.5 grams).
