Its called variegation, i have had it a couple of times, you have a mild version and she will grow out of it. I think everytime i have had it the girl has grown out of it around day 20.
Girls having this can in the beginning of life be very sensitive to low RH%, heat and wind.

Ok, last week i got my plants where i want them to be, they got a full feeding last week and they look much better now, my 2 fav girls and groupshot...

I think next time i have to put them out to take pics
