With the amount of time you have I don’t think topping twice would be a good idea, but only on my 3rd auto grow. I read the thread by autobeast on topping autos. There might be something in there..

I know topping once seems like a fine idea. @Vapo is the hardcore plant manipulator. He might chime in if you're lucky. Generally I think twice isn't recommended due to the short lifespan.

I am only on my second grow. I did top my first one and it worked out pretty well. I am planning to top the new one and lst/train/tie it down. I have read that my current plant can get quite tall and I am definitely vertically challenged.

I have read that my current plant can get quite tall and I am definitely vertically challenged.

I am planning to do everything possible to train my Original OG Kush to keep it as short as possible too. I experimented with my last auto grow using a 15 gallon pot. I'm finding out now I just got lucky and grew a strain that didn't get tall. My tent is a 2' x 4' and is only 4' tall not including space taken up by my light. I may have bitten off more then I can chew.

Right next to the OG Kush will be a Mephisto Sour Orange Livers and I have no clue how that strain will grow.

@Vapo - what's your take on topping twice? Base it on plants that run slightly longer, 12weeks instead of the very short 9-10week plants?
