Need help! Please! What's wrong with my plant?

As a couple others have said, definitely pest damage. Neem oil or peppermint oil will keep them away. With the new growth, it looks fine. When temps are higher than normal my new growth comes out a little twisted but as the plant grows it will straighten out.

I've had spider mites and somekind of snails. Hopefully they're gone now and the plants will recover from this invasion.

How hard can it be to grow weed in Scandinavia...
