I'm really really struggling with feeding young seedlings

I germinated 5 rqs critical auto and potted them in there final 12 litre pots with coco

I'm using Dutch pro nutes

My question is once they have been potted roughly what amount of nutes/water would you give them per day??

I'm just a bit confused with it all do i pot them and then leave them indoors for a few days to acclimatise before I put them under the lights

Please help lads . Cheers

I'm a soil guy but I know most people water coco twice a day, with 10% run off?

Feel the weight of the pot when you've just watered and when it gets light she needs a drink. Hope that helps till a pro chimes in.

I water my autos like once or twice a week to let the root ball send out. I use very light amount of bites and only when the plant is giving signs it needs them. I have watered them in the past more frequently but they just didn’t get as big as with less water wierd huh

Do not feed seedlings until the pot is very dry then just feed little and often, if you try 10% run off when the plants are too young you would get to feed them about once every 2 weeks and they will not end up very big. It may go in the face of what some professionals say but I am with @Josh33 letting your pots dry is as important as actually feeding them, also if you don't let them dry out enough between feedings you risk root rot and stuff like fungus gnats.
