New grower ! Need advice please!

All my indoor (except photos and 1 auto now... out of 3 gal bags) go in 3 gallon bags. Outdoor I use 10, photos indoor I use 5 or 10.

This is 4 autos in 3 gallon bags in a 4x4.

I do run coco though...soil will be a bit smaller.

New to the growing community and excited to make my own medicine now! But I need help and am looking for any and all knowledge you veterans have. I currently have a 27x27x63 inch tent with a full spectrum king led plus 600w light. Along with a 4inch carbon filter setup. I’m planning to get a few fast buds auto seeds ! Are these a reputable brand ? Or should I steer somewhere else?
Also needing help with soil options ? (Budget friendly) fabric pots ? 5 gallon 3 Gallon?
I’d love to have 3 autoflower in my tent if that’s possible !

heya @Okie4 and to afn! me haven't grown any fastbudz yet, but hear great thingz about em not sure if u'll be able to fit 3 girlz in that space, but diff variablez are involved, like strain choice & pot size, among otherz...basically, sativaz grow taller & indicaz (me own fave ) get wider & bushier...and the bigger the pot, the bigger the plant

Those are beautiful ! Love the setup too you mentioned dr earth and black gold? I looked those up and noticed they had “fertilizer” in them even tho they were organic. Is that okay ?

If you have the option, nectar for the gods [HASHTAG]#4[/HASHTAG] soil would be my choice, but I don't see it locally much.

Just ordered some black gold ! Now I have zkittles(1 seed) and blue dream-Matic(5 seeds) by fastbuds coming in soon ! For my first grow would you recommend doing two different strains or just 2 blue dream plants? Also what’s the honest opinion on scrogging ? It looks to help with yield ? Is it worth it ? Thanks again for your time ! I can already see how this community can be beneficial to all

Scrog is a little different than with photos, where I use 2 nets. 1 close to flip, and the other when stretch stops. Autos really go to fast to do 2, if I use it, the net goes on somewhere mid stretch.

My first runs of a strain I run natural, each has it's own build, once I've seen it, the next time round I know what I think would be the best training method. Many don't need much more than leaf and lower clearing, and opening up the side branching.

Have a ghost toof now that is 40" from the top of her pot. Next time we meet, she'll get topped. The white crack running next to her doesn't need anything other then cleaning out the lower growth.

I've been growing Fastbuds in 3 gallon felt pots. My latest plants I put in 7 and 11 gallon pots. In 3 gallon pots my plants are huge anyway but I figure the roots need more room and I have to water more than once a day in the 3 gallon pots with my plants so big. All my Fastbuds except Fastberry are huge plants, bigger than their website says they will get.

I'm currently using Fox Farms Happy Frog but in a couple grows I used the cheapest 40 pound bag of potting soil I could get at a hardware store and grew a Gorilla Glue from Fastbuds and it grew just as well as all the other ones I planted in Happy Frog. I'm drying a Mexican Airlines right now that was planted in cheap soil I mixed up with Coco Coir and it looks to be my biggest yield. Also drying a big Pineapple Express that had a huge central cola that I had a bit of rot on. Have two Fastberry plants almost done, lost two others, they were planted in a mix of Happy Frog and Ocean Forest and the two I lost were stunted and not worth keeping. I also harvested an LSD-25 and planted two more of those along with two more Gorilla Glues. I also grew one Rhino Ryder from Fastbuds.

That’s awesome to hear !! Thanks for chipping in on the convo ! I’m glad fast buds are a reliable seed for you. I’m looking forward to starting the process. Did you follow a grow journal or just water in a pattern of some type ? What would you recommend with your experience now :smoking: and also how much did you harvest from your fast buds ?
