New grower. Small white bumps on upper leaves. Trichomes or health problem?

One other question. I can start a new thread if need be. The plant that has been in the center of my 5 looks super healthy and the most dense but it’s the only one who hasn’t flowered yet. The others about 2 weeks ago It’s showing signs but it’s clearly behind. Will I basically just be treating this fella on a different schedule then the others? Or is it more then likely going to start booming once it finally does. Or will I be harvesting it later or feeding it slightly different? Any tips would be cool!

That’s the main problem I run into when growing autos on a flood and drain table. If your plants start flowering at different times you will possibly run into problems. I just finished a 4x2 auto flood and drain grow and 3 of the 8 ILGM Northern Lights started to flower about 20 days after the other 5 did. That left me with a very uneven canopy, that I could not correct by boosting up the individual plants like I do with my coco grows. I ended up pulling everything down with a scrog net but the 3 late flowering plants grew so much bigger. I still ended up with a fantastic crop (22 ounces), but the canopy wasn’t very pretty or level.

If your going for production you need to do really similar strains or the same clone I think. Sounds like a nightmare if they are take the same feed. I'm glad in in individual soil fabric pots. But you seem to work easy now than me so...

Thanks for the responses! Just having timely answers is pretty helpful! It’s all a learning experience for me this time. So far things have gone well. Jumping into flowering will probably just bring me more questions. I’m not super concerned with highest yields as I am learning ( as long as I get something, it’s a win) y’all are very helpful. I don’t mind looking or sounding stupid to get the right info! I’m not looking for perfection just to be headed in the right direction without a random tragic failure is all I’m hoping for!

Especially if your in soil id recommends gardening herbs and vegetables fruits. The more experience you have with plants it transfers. If you learn how to plant in soil. See deficiencies etc and if you fuck up lettuce or cucumbers tomatoes you can but some relatively cheap so it's not as big a loss. And most produce is not as good as local organic stuff and most of your produce isn't that unless you live in an area where Farmers markets and organics are popular. You can grow lettuce spinach tomato cucumber pumpkin carrots varieties etc you've never had and don't have access too. They had a boer white pumpkin from South Africa on this seed site yellow orange watermelon. They have this thing called brix meter people use it for wine tells how much sugar is in a sample and organic fully ripened tomatoes will always be sweeter than convention ones

5 might have been an ambitious start but I’ve gardened and worked in garden centers so I have a base idea of what’s going on. Luckily for me my investment on seeds came from winnings in cards. So if all I do is break even for personal use on my 15 seeds I purchased I would be so happy. 5/5 for germination. 4/5 to flowering so far and my 5th looks happy Just a little behind in pre flowering I think. Don’t have any experience with Autoflower. I’m essentially going with the don’t panic and over correct as maximized yields isn’t my main goal. Doing the best I can and learning while hopefully producing is my target. So thanks for info

Only one of them seems to be showing some deficiency and it started pretty early. I think I’ve done a better job since and now think this plant specifically got a little too wet or drained poorly. Might as well ask y’all exactly what this looks like so I know I’m on the right track. He’s got some slightly dark leaves. But this deficiency only really shows one this leaf and it’s matching one on the other side. With a few upper fam leaves looking a little dark

Some plants go 60-70 days, others can take 100 days or more. Often there can be reasons for plants taking longer, such as a larger/deeper pot.

But faster plants generally yield less vs. plants that take longer. I usually get pretty much exactly 1 gram of prime bud per growing day; and am very satisfied with that.

Are they from greenhouse seeds?

Unless your asking where I got them.Ilgm.No greenhouse or dome to start. I didn’t do the best in the early days. Could have done things a lot more proper in seedling/ early veg stages. That’s 100% where I’ll improve next round. Germinated a few days off from eachother, a few got leggy early or seemed to grow much faster. I’m cool with knowing they will be at different schedule. Seems to be a lot of soft rules then matter of fact in this growing game. Appreciate all the responses and help. If it’s a few weeks behind I’m good with that and I’ll figure it out with y’all’s help!
