Live Stoner Chat Newbie starting to grow medicinal weed.

My name is allie, im new to growing cannabis. I have two plants. One is fully grown but im not sure of when to know that it is ready to harvest. I will show pictures here. And I noticed two things, hairs are turning orange couple days ago and is increasing. I also noticed white tips at end of leaves? Is that normal? My other plant is a baby but accidentally started flowering way too early. I would like to also learn on what to do after it is ready to harvest. I dont plan on selling, judt wanted to see how i do with growing weed plants thank you ! -allie
