I’m late to the party but loving this !! Hopefully we will be able to kick ideas off each other and learn as we grow
I’m still trying to figure out a way to open some “windows” on my plastic panel roof and keep rain and bugs out.

Figured out that if around 10:30 I open the left portion of the roof, then switch to the right portion of roof at 12 it buys the ladies an extra few hours of direct sunlight, perhaps my whitewashing was too aggressive and I’m losing myself some light intensity, but it’s a fine line with overheating. The furthest roof panel is finicky so isn’t opened. The thing about opening them is that two panels then overlap and it doubles up on shade effect below.

Noon roof switch and the ogre is in full sun again, in another hour the angle will hit ABLD
