Those lights are useless in a tent, you will need a fan blowing constantly on it. If not I've seen those things melt the plastic heatsink they are attached to. Save your money and get a better light to start with, you will thank yourself later when you want to expand.
Thanks for all the info and advice guys, I have ended up purchasing a 50 w cob led so hoping that would be a better match
