My pots are a similar size to yours, 11L pots about 2.4 gallons. Your 3 week rotation sounds like the way to go. My pots are kind of improvised aeropots (pots with lots of holes drilled in the sides) so there will be more runoff too. I think water next week and tea week after is the best option.

Cool, man! Try it and improvise as you need. Organic soil in smaller pots need a little bit more help, especially during flower. With those air pots, you want to water slowly to minimize the runoff. In living organic soil, run off is not ideal. You want all that good stuff to remain so the microbes in the soil benefit.
