Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going wrong here.

I have three Wild Thailand Ryders growing in 10l pots of Biobizz All mix. All three are just under 4 weeks old, LED light is approx 16 inches from the canopy and so far they've only had water, no additional nutrients have been used. They get watered when the top soil is dry.

At the beginning of the week I noticed a couple of spots on the lower leaves of one of the plants and saw some sort of tiny bug flying around the tent (aphid, or white fly I think). Assuming it was the bugs up to no good I sprayed them down with an off the shelf pesticide (suitable for veggies). I then went away for a couple of days and came home to this :

All three are similarly effected. It seems to occur only the outer leaves.. my crappy PH tester isn't working, but last time I checked it was within acceptable range.

Any ideas? Are they done for?
