Hello everyone,

My question is, can you take male autoflower polen and pollinate a (Feminizied) female auto flower? Does it make for unstable genetics pollinating it with a feminized plant?

Thanks for the info

Yes you can and it can increase chances of Hermie's: no idea of %'s though.

Yes you can...
Hermies shouldn't really be an issue, providing your fems were made correctly in the first place.
Meaning made from pollen from a forced female using either CS or STS.

Pollen or seeds from NATURALLY occurring herms should NEVER be used in any breeding program.

also best to use fems who's lineage is not known for hermaphroditic traits prior to being made into feminised seed.

Nice fellas, thanks for your input, much appreciated.

I want to make my own seeds so I can stop buying them. I was tossed between using male auto flower pollen I have available and crossing with feminized lady plant or taking a feminized strain, turning it male, and using then pollen from that to pollinate a female.

Anyway, no better way to learn then to try.

Get stuck into it @latitude62
Am doing much the same, experimental use of cs.
Good luck.

Nice, seems like it would be a fun hobby and nice to not have to buy seeds all the time.

I got so many I wanna grow but space for so few, if I can get seeds it'll be there whenever I want the genetics.
Its a lot healthier hobby than some.
