Maybe time to make the details a sticky (I realize it is already a sticky) =>>>> where the comments are turned off.
This way we won't get get 10 pages in with the staff having to keep telling people to go to the first thread.
Secondly not all the info is in the first thread, the names of the members of staff to contact is in the second post.
Some people are slapdash, some unobservant and some just thinking "well they told me to go to the first post" and not even think to go to the second post.
Everything all in one place, no replies, all requests to the appointed staff via PM.
You could alternatively put "Read post 1" in the title but I don't think that is as useful.
Just looking now and Jingo is posting his agreement here instead of PMing Eekman or Root and it needed Archie gemmill to point him in the right direction.
