Will keep eye on trichs when get desired colour take it off

Just beginning my GSC autoflower grow
A soil grow and I am going to go with LST instead of SOG
I’ve never grown this strain so was hoping for some info on a tried nutrient schedule temp and humidity would also be good to know

TRUE OR FALSE
Should autoflower be kept at at consistent 80-85 through then entire life cycle ?
Or should they have the temp change that simulated day night temps ?
Not sure which theory is correct
