I have a TSL 2000. I keep mine at 100% and 22” at sprout and let them grow to it. Haven’t had any issues with photos or autos.

Personally, I run all my lights....cobs, qbs and hps mix....at 100% at varying distances of 10-20 inches according to light and plant.....no resistance noted as long as environment is in spec...
