Question about starting a grow thread

Noob here. 2. 24 carat and 1. Cosmic queen hit the paper towel tonight. I would like to do a grow diary, but am not sure where it should go. The grow will be Mephisto beans, diy gro lights, diy grow room, and auto pots/smart pots.
suggestions on location for the diary and where I can find applicable content instructions would be helpful, thanks.

Thats your choice pal.a first grow even from an experienced grower id suggests new growers section,after that kust grow journal...however if ya want to highlight a “breeder/light/nutrients etc” no rihht er wrong.if at a later date ya want thread moved,no probs we can do that.

Thanks Archie and St Tom. I will stick the journal here and see how it goes. I may post a note in the diy led and Mephisto threads to let the gang on those threads know about my mischief in case they are interested.

Another question. I can’t find the specs for submitted photos. I expect that I will have to reduce resolution, but I do not know by how much. Do the photos have to be hosted somewhere else with a link? If hosted somewhere else, do the same resolution specs apply?

I think the limit is 5 megadoodles or 4000x4000 pixels.
Shouldnt have issues unless using a fancy camera.

Welcome olderfart! I use my iphone and it is fine without adjustment. I am a newb also and did my first journal 4 months ago.
Lots of guys here to help if ya get stuck on anything, including myself.

Thanks guys, I will just try what I have and see how it goes. Day 1 later this week likely. Should be fun, as well as educational.
