I love that city , I changed alot now!!! Look like Orlando.. Those cool bars, pubs have been changed over to the 2016 hippy the guy with the hair bun!! very expensive now..
Cost of living is also very high in Austin..

I lived in pflugerville for a while... it's fun to say! ... anyway it was worth it tho. People in Austin are awesome!

Oh yeah it is ridiculous, I had the luxury of actually growin up there my whole life so I still know the little pockets of Austin that are still like when my mom was growin up there in the 70's where she lived down the street from Rocky Erikson and used to go see Stevie Ray play at Antone's maaaan what I wouldn't give to be there in those days!

I am really serious though I want to try and do somethin for the boss lady, if she is down I want to try and fly her and her hubby over here to CO and show them a good time here in the land of legal weed! She is such a giving person and has done so much for all of us, I want to do something to try an repay her in somethin other than rep lol

Thats pretty amazing! For real... a lot of people don't even consider giving back!

yeah I haven't always been a stand up dude(I was fucked up as a youngster, on meth n stuff) so now in my adult life I live by a simple rule. My definition of happiness is not how much money I have or how much "stuff" but instead the measure of my wealth is defined as "the sum and the quality of the personal relationships in my life" so I just try to live my life by seeing how many friends and loved ones I can have, the rest will work itself out. If I don't focus on myself but on the joy of others my life is almost pure bliss all the time, I am literally NEVER in a bad mood for more than a few seconds lol. The main reason is that when I find myself in a foul mood it is usually because I am focused to much on what Derek wants and not what good Derek could be doing for someone else

Well if instead of turning behind there you went straight and then turned left, there were a bunch of new houses down in there (new at that time).... I was down in there!
