Regular Seeds - Sex Predetermined or Mostly Determined?

I still believe sex is predetermined from the start, but, i think, the environment is may one of the factors.

Been thinking a little more about the genetic gender here and I suppose its a loaded question.

We talk bout sex 'changing' (and I know somebody back there mentioned it does) but it does only change 1 way e.g. Female to male AND ONLY when an inbuilt failsafe is triggered does the sex change.

I could be well wrong here but this suggests only females can adapt to environment triggers.
Please correct me if I've messed up.
But question of poll states 'non feminized' seeds (to whit) two very distinct products with two very different instructions sets.

Yup , this is my theory as well.
Otherwise all seeds from a plant would be either all male or all female.
Which isn't the case.
