I've been using stems and fans for compost with myko and other bennies and works well you can use them to help hold moisture in the soil by layering on top just have to water slowly I also started a mostly weed compost pile and even though it's got no sun it grows all kinds of stuff seems to be very healthy. Seems that bokashi works well 2 great job. Got some photos on way hope I can get atleast 1 going and I'm hoping to grab some autos aswell soon but low on funds lol.

I have some fan leafs piled like 6” thick in a 2gal bucket and I layered em1 bokashi stuff on top to start composting them down and once I strain the pieces outta my em1 fermented plant extract that’s almost done I’ll add that in to get it going since I can’t start a compost pile in backyard in 100 and in a rental house! This and em5 tho has some garlic, hot peppers and mint plus canna leafs that I’m fermenting into pest sprays!

Stanky ass stuff for the fpe whenever I gotta burp it! Gotta do in bedroom closet and then shut closet door and leave bedroom for a few! Too hot outside to do in the garage cuz supposed to be in cool dark place and texas heat is far from a cool place! :smoking:

Wats the humidity like there here if it 70% or more for 3months with 90degree temps so I get it I don't even have ac or dehumidifier for myself let alone the ladies although they would get it first lol. Does the mix you have help fungus nats I seem to het them around spring get 98% knocked out then spring comes again lol.

It can get pretty high at times! Especially if any amount of clouds whether storms or whatever I can look and see 70% on my hygrometer in my room but with an intake and exhaust fan on low tent will stay 45-55% most of the time! No idea how circulating air from my room into tent makes it lower than rooms rh but it does!

Rocking a humongous floor ac in my bedroom tho cuz was hitting like 80-85F in here once it got warm outside! Couldn’t handle it wake up sweating when lights came on!

I'm happy that my grow room has it's own central A/C vent...........big walk-in closet. 52-62% rh and 79-82*F with it being 55% most of the time. Exhaust fan is an 8in and is barely running, enough to suck in the sides. When the girls get bigger, I have more than enough flow left to compensate if the humidity increases.
Just two less things to worry about.

Seeming my only problem now is I forgot to mark on rack which was frosted cookies and which was PRB so gonna have to take the pics of FC in trim bin and try to match this branch off there so can jar em separately!

Almost forgot auto mix girl is banging for day friggin 30! These pics were yesterday so day 29 (obv )

Homegrown bokashi round 2 I gotta do today so I’ll get some fresh pics! Got enough springtails in my boxes and didn’t wanna add more so put the oly mountain fish compost in a cake pan and baked at 250 for like 50min! I wanted to roast em dead before I topped off box! Added rove beetles so they been eating current ones so don’t wanna add more to where they miss more important potential invaders trying to get a free meal!

I like the bud structure on prb nice small dense buds less chance for bud rot nice job

Man you wanna talk about awakening the senses! This stuff after 3 weeks fermenting smelt gnarly!

Fermented this with the em1/molasses base and then used trifecta of pest deterrents! Garlic/mint leafs/ and jalapeño and serrano peppers! Fermented 20 days! Already have activated em1 and this will be done in like 10 days!

Rotate between the 3 once a week to deter pests and kill and that land and try to feed! All made from free sample bottle too!
Oh and I still have leftover em1 from sample!

I have that same pen bud I love it. Also I know some people that use some fruit molasses cannabis leaves ect and it works well have u use this process a lot it's interesting for sure.
