I am waiting on shipping confirmation. I think it's bs to do another drop when you have not even shipped orders from the first drop.

Gotta agree with you there. I sent an email about my order on the 10th when I sent my bitcoin order page and my order received confirmation page. I have proof that his site told me my order was successful, and we'll see what he says about when he expects the last stops to be shipped. Maybe he's waiting to send them all out at once, but he should still communicate that to his customers waiting for their orders.

His customer service has not improved much since 2018.

I still think maybe @RocBudInc should just put me on the payroll! I’ll help keep watch over the forums! Maybe he should send me a big box of seeds too and I’ll sell em for him!
He can stick to what he is best at which is the breeding part....

Also once u see the photo choices on screen it’ll change at bottom and show the (3) options instead of it showing none!

His biggest customer service issue I’m sure was from his expansion of the business AND DURING DAMN COVID so not only did his workload on caring for plants etc increase ginormously but he hasn’t been able to bring in employees! Think only has 1 he got recently that helps pack up orders but he’s still a solo operation on emails/forums/etc!

Dc Seed Exchange is also a one man operation. Paul's wife sometimes assists with different forms of plastic, if ya catch my drift.

He handles orders and ships usually the next DAY after ordering. Great communications via email, also.

He sells out super fast, on most strains that are decent.

Couldn’t pull the trigger on this drop. I want to give photos a try some day, but today’s not that day. I kind of hope Roc doesn’t get his site fixed, leave it as is like a “if you know, you know” type thing. I feel like the whole gotta click on the bottom page links work out for us. IG was blowing up with people unable to find his products. I mean, he obviously has no problem selling his stock, so maybe leave this as a kind of Easter egg for those in the know. Could help from becoming like Mephisto and being hard to get our hands on

Thanks! But I'm not a phone guy. Unless I'm travelin, my phone sits on my desk. I was mainly interested to see if he had any of the Purple Roc Bx1. May try a custom order
